Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy
Exhibitor Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received by CAPNI in writing. The date upon which the notice of the cancellations is received shall apply as the official date of cancellation. If a cancellation occurs, the following shall apply: If a registrant cancels between time of application and 91 day prior to conference, CAPNI will refund 50% of the deposit received. If an exhibitor cancels between 30 and 90 days prior to the conference, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
Registrants Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations require written notification to CAPNI. Please send to firstname.lastname@example.org. All requests must be received by January 14, 2018.
Refunds for written cancellation requests received no later than January 14, 2018 will be issued minus a $50 administrative fee.
AFTER January 14, 2018 NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED
