Let us welcome fellow APRN Jarret Helstern, APRN. He is board certified in Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental health. He is an adjunct professor of psychiatry with Chamberlain University. While providing care and remaining active in medicine, he is about to finish his Clinical Doctorate in the Neurocognitive Psychedelic Modulation program with a focus on alternative treatments for depression including ketamine, psilocybin, and MDMA.
