Exhibit & Sponsor

Dear Potential Sponsor/Exhibitor:

CAPNI is pleased to announce we will be returning to an in-person conference event for 2023.  We will be harnessing the power of the Webex Events App (formerly SOCIO) to go paperless and leverage unique tools like gamification, banner ads, sponsor profiles, and push notifications to drive attendee engagement with YOU our sponsors and exhibitors.

During these unique times it is more important than ever that CAPNI bring our Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) together to keep current on healthcare issues that matter to them most.  We learned a great deal going virtual the last two years and with us returning to an in-person event we can enhance the in-person experience from the virtual lessons learned. Let us help you stand out from the rest and showcase your products and services in a unique and innovative way.

On Thursday, February 9th and Friday, February 10th we will bring together an estimated 300+ Advanced Practice Registered Nurses; including Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Nurse Midwives from all over the state of Indiana. As a result, you will have an unparalleled opportunity to present your services to this important segment of your health care target market.  We look forward to your participation.

We will help you turn your booth into a lead generator. Lead Retrieval is the most seamless way for our sponsors and exhibitors to capture leads with enriched data—all by scanning attendees’ QR codes.
