Virtual Advocacy Day

CAPNI members,

The 2022 Indiana legislative session is short and moving quickly. CAPNI continues to promote a patient-centered healthcare system in which APRNs can work at the top of their license, education, and training to provide high-quality care to patients. We have rallied opposition to bills that do not achieve this same objective. Learn more about this at our upcoming virtual Advocacy Day.

CAPNI cancelled our in-person Advocacy Day at the Statehouse due to COVID, but we still want to mark the date with advocacy efforts. Please join us virtually on Tuesday January 25th at 9am EST. CAPNI’s lobbyist, Heather Harris, will give updates about the legislative session and healthcare bills that impact your practice and patients. Registration for this event is open on CAPNI’s website. Utilize the remainder of that day and week for continued advocacy efforts by meeting with or writing to your legislators.
